The designer cannot display the data set panel, and restarting has no effect. Is there any solution?

You can use a text tool to open FineReportEnv.xml.【Under the folder：C:\Users\XXX\.FineReport100】

Then search for the keyword toolPaneY and change the red-flagged data to "300".

After modification, save the file and restart the designer.
