How to change the name on FineReport Certificate?

I recently completed "FanRuan Certified Reporting Associate" via https://community.finereport.com/tp_exam-index.html, but the name on certificate is "hellolily" which is neither my Name nor my username. I can't find any options in the FR Account to Change this. Wonder if anyone has faced this issue and knows how to slove this?
