PDF export display font issue

I'm having some issues when exporting the template to pdf, the text are not displayed properly. I already follow the instruction for installing the font to the server side (ubuntu). Exporting to excel, doc is fine. I wonder if anyone encounter this kind of issues in the server delpoyment package?

Found a fix to my problem:

after installing the font to the linux server tru fontconfig "fc-cache"
remove /tomcat-Linux/jdk/jre/lib/fonts
remove all fontconfig.Redhat.*
remove all fontconfig.Suse.*
remove all fontconfig.Turbo.*
rename fontconfig.properties.src -> fontconfig.properties
